All our rooms are en-suite & have flat screen digital freeview tv, tea & coffee tray, complementary toiletries, radio/alarm clock, iron and ironing board on request, hairdryer and controlled heating.

Free Wi fi internet is available throughout the guesthouse.

We have two family rooms, room 8 with a double bed and bunk beds for children up to 14 years of age. 

Room 4 has a double bed and either a single bed for a child up to 14 years or a travel cot.

A deposit equivalent to your first night stay is payable to secure your booking.  The balance is payable upon arrival.

As we have limited single rooms, we regret that a supplement on single occupancy of a double room will be charged.

There is a minimum of a two night stay.  You are welcome to ring the guest house if you only want to stay for one night and we will try to accommodate you if we are not busy.  There is, however, a £5 supplement per bed for single night stays.

We also have one double room that we allow one well behaved, small to medium dog.  This room is very popular as it has its own front door just a few steps away from the park.  Please ring the guest house if you wish to bring your dog.
