Booking Terms & Conditions

A holiday booking is a legally binding contract between you and the accommodation provider.

A deposit equivalent to the price of the first night stay will secure your booking, and is due on booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel within 7 days from arrival the full amount of the booking will be due and payable. Should you cancel outside of this time you will not be charged anything further than the deposit. We will try our best to relet your accommodation in any case, and should we be succesful there will be no charge applicable under the 7 day cancellation clause.

Please note that bookings are not transferable, and any changes to dates is solely at the discretion of the guesthouse.

If for any reason you are unable to take your holiday and are unable to give reasonable notice of cancellation or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For this reason we would advise you to obtain holiday cancellation insurance.

Please note we have no capacity for extra beds in rooms, and we are also unable to accept cots.

Minimum child age is from 4 years old upwards, accommodated in our family triple room (max occ 3), or in a double or twin room with one accompanying adult (max occ 2)

Hen and stag parties are not accepted.

You can make a booking enquiry by phone, post, email or by completing our contact form. None of these confirms a booking until The Wentworth Guesthouse has confirmed your booking with you and taken the necessary deposit.

All outstanding amounts are payable on day of arrival.

Check in time is between 3.30p.m. and 7.30p.m.
Check out time is up to 10.00a.m.

Breakfast is served between 8.30a.m. and 9.15a.m.
